WHICH AREAS DOES YOUR STYLING SERVICE COVER?
Although All Dunn is based in Lancashire, we cover event installations nationwide.
However, where the distance is over 75 miles, a minimum spend of £500 must be covered.

THE ALL DUNN STORE

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. However, our usual dispatch time is up to 5 working days. Our hand-tied bouquets and personalised items are made to order, and extended dispatch times are highlighted on individual products where these apply.

All shipments are sent tracked by Hermes - please allow additional time for delivery due to implications caused by COVID19.
​
Our standard shipping rate is £3.95 (3-5 working days). Orders over £75 qualify for free standard shipping.
Next-day delivery (for orders placed before 11 am) is available at the cost of £7.95. Orders over £100 qualify for free next-day delivery.
Some oversized items may incur a large item delivery rate of £9.00. Your shipping rate is shown at checkout.

A local delivery service (up to 3 working days) for delivery addresses within 10km of PR6 9FF is available at the cost of £1.95
RETURNS
We hope that you love your All Dunn products and that they help you to create your perfect event setting, but if for any reason you would like to return, please notify us within seven days of receipt of your item(s), and we will be happy to assist you with your return.

A full refund or exchange will be offered for items returned in a perfect, unused condition in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. All items must be returned complete; partial refunds cannot be offered.

Any returns for unwanted items are at your own expense, and postage & packaging costs from the initial order will not be refunded. Please use a tracked service as any items received damaged will not be refunded, and we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.

If you believe an item to be damaged and faulty, please get in touch with us at info@all-dunn.co.uk within seven days of receipt of the item, along with images of the damage or fault.

Please note that we do not accept returns on bespoke or personalised products or dried stems and arrangements.
​
Once we have received your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on the card issuer, this will take several days to appear in your account.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed your the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folders if it doesn't land in your inbox.

SECURE PAYMENT METHODS
All major card types are accepted including Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay.​

Online security is taken very seriously and at no point does All Dunn store any financial information on our servers. A trusted third party payment provider is used to ensure the security of personal data.
